Human Resource Manager (HRM)
Blue Chameleon's Agenda, as previously seen, offered a client-dedicated organization of your company's working force. Now, employees also have their own timetable-related plans, rights and duties that should be taken care of ; that is why Blue Chameleon's is equipped with a Human Resource Manager that allows to :
- manage employees along their working schedule (regular weeks, on weekends...) and work contract (permanent, temporary...) ;
- as an employee, plan holidays, modify them... in a quantitative way ;
- manage employees' requested holidays in a chain-of-command manner ;
- see at a glance, through the Planning, what each user or user groups are up to, sick leave, work or holidays.
The HRM functionalities are accessed via the eponymous submenu element in the 
command group.
