Holiday notifications
Whenever a user creates a new holiday request, another user (for instance the leader of her/his group) can receive an email notification of it, and, if rights are sufficient, can give an opinion on this request before it is reviewed.
Those notifications are sent automatically to whomever has been set as the recipient(s).
As illustrated below, through the 
as found on the Planning Administration Page, a list of users is found, with for each which user(s) will be notified of the request and confirmation, as also an email can be sent when holiday is confirmed or refused.

On this configuration page, one or several users can be set as receiving the holiday request notifications and/or confirmations.
