Planning Administration
Configuring the planning user-wise is done from the Planning Administration Page, accessible only if "Administration" user rights are sufficient, i.e. at least set to 'Workweek profiles' :
On this page :
leads to the Manage Staff Page, where employees are configured (entry/exit dates, workweek profiles) ;
leads to the page as described next where workweek profiles are created ;
leads to the page where the yearly filling of planning) is taken care of ;
leads to the page where activities are configured ;
leads to the page where notifications are set up) ;
leads to a page where time-wise reports upon employees' sick leaves, holidays... can be printed out.
When first using HRM, defining workweek profiles and configuring employees as described next must be done in order.
