Online Support

Always devoted to serve you during the use of our ERP, we provide online, step-by-step support in the same way that Blue Chameleon handles support to your clients, that is to say with the use of tickets.

This personalized online assistance relies on credit purchase. According to the urgency of your requests, you may want to suscribe to our Gold option to make your ticket prioritary and enjoy a reduced answer time.

The "Basic" ticket system grants you access to our online assistance :

Credits 1 for 10 minutes
Maximum answer time 1-2 workdays
Price for 1 credit €12 (VAT excl.)

This option allows you to get an answer within 2 workdays ; a €12 credit will be billed for each 10-minute time slot.

If you want a faster reply time, we recommand the "Gold" option :

Price €100/month (VAT excl.)
Minimum length of commitment 6 months
Maximum answer time 1 day (incl. weekends and holidays)

The Gold option endows you with a much faster reply time.
