Setting activities for a day
Most easily, activities can be assessed from the Manage Day Popup for any day ; the conditions as cited above must be filled. In addition to this, user must have enough rights to assess 'Activities'.
As illustrated below, the Manage Day Popup is opened for user Tom on a certain day ; he was configured on his Configure Employee Page as belonging to the category 'Salesmen', for which two activities 'At shop' and 'Biz trip' were defined. They can be thus assessed to him, one for the morning, one for the afternoon :
Happening in the same day, they finally appear in the planning in their short label form, as to reduce the span of the display.
