Paperwork management
A company's everyday life often entails the reception and sending of paper documents, sometimes in such volumes that it becomes difficult to keep track of what has been received/sent and when, also what shall be sent.
In order to make this easier, this Blue Chameleon addon allows to keep trace of any communication-related event and permits actions such as :
- upload documents from the computer and associate them with a client ;
- attach documents to other documents, such as sent replies ;
- optionally create tickets associated with documents, in order to give them a "to-do" feature.
