Paperwork management

A company's everyday life often entails the reception and sending of paper documents, sometimes in such volumes that it becomes difficult to keep track of what has been received/sent and when, also what shall be sent.

In order to make this easier, this Blue Chameleon addon allows to keep trace of any communication-related event and permits actions such as :

  • upload documents from the computer and associate them with a client ;
  • attach documents to other documents, such as sent replies ;
  • optionally create tickets associated with documents, in order to give them a "to-do" feature.

All the commands in this add-on are accessed via Image c_Add-ons Image z_Slash Image s_Mail.
