Access levels

As some mail documents might be confidential or irrelevant for some users to see, mail documents are assessed an access level from 0 to 5, comparing with user's privacy level as set on the Modify User Page.

So, for instance, if a mail document has been assessed an access level of 3, only users with a privacy level of 3 or above will be able to open it and attach mail documents to it ; nonetheless, it will still appear only nominally in the mail document table.
