Flagging mail documents as treated and archived

In order to make the displaying and searching of mail documents easier, thanks to the 'Treated' and 'Archived' menus as seen on Fig. Details of a mail document, it is possible to :

  • declare a document as treated, for instance when a reply has been added to it ;
  • declare documents as archived, when the thread of received/replied-to documents is over, so that it does not clutter the display on the Mail Management Page.

Any change in those menus must be validated via the Image z_Update button at the bottom of the pop-up.

Treated and/or archived documents can be looked for specifically on the Mail Management Page thanks to the eponymous menus.
