Rights related to Projects/Timesheets

For this user :

The other rights as displayed further down under [Projects/Timesheets] rule the management of :

Projectspar:projectIIgen, for oneself and for all users (None, View, Create/Modify) ;
Timesheets, for oneself and for all users (None, View, Modify, Delete/Create/Modify) ;
whether user will be featured in 'User' menus (as featured on timesheet pages) : this menu must be set to 'Yes' for users who will be featured in timesheets, and 'No' for users who will never have timesheets created in their name. This is useful for making 'User' menus less long ;
Printing and exporting timesheets, for oneself and for all users ;
Invoicing timesheets : rights can be as low as None, then View, Modify (i.e. choose whether a Timesheet is billable or not), Invoice (create an invoice related to a timesheet) and Administration, ruling which service articles can be defined for which user. This right, as usual, applies for oneself and for all users.

When Administration is chosen for 'Bill Management', user can also access the Administration Page.
