Generating a form

On a client's Management Page, as illustrated below, the Image z_Forms button allows then to generate the forms corresponding to the models defined as described above, and also to automatically insert an action if predefined model has been defined to.

'Postal' forms have a Image z_Print button that, upon click, displays the corresponding PDF :

'Electronic' forms, on the other hand hand, have a Image z_Visualize button leading to a page where email information (such as the sender, subject...) has to be given before sending :
