Editing agenda style

button as found at the agenda-listing page, the style for a specific agenda can be defined :
The options on this page decide for the following :
- whether appointments can be added in week-ends ;
- if client/user can be optional for an appointment adding ;
- the time configuration for the agenda display (0-24 hour span and 60 minute gaps, 8-18 hour span and 30/60 minute gaps, 8-20 hour span and 30 minute gap) ;
- whether an appointment adding creates a corresponding ticket ;
- whether an appointment adding creates a corresponding Customer Relationship Manager action.
