Appointments for other objects
According to the choice made for the corresponding agenda style, a client can be mandatory or optional. In the latter case, an 
button enables to add an appointment pertaining to an other object, for instance :
- prospects ;
- other users.
Also, only if agenda style has optional client, a 
button is available to relate this new appointment to nothing in particular :
