Adding an appointment

To add a new appointment, as featured in the figure below, click on the intersection of the corresponding day and time.

According to the choice made for the corresponding agenda style, a client can be optional or mandatory. Whatever the case, an Image z_Other_object button enables to add an appointment pertaining to an other object such as prospects, articles, subscriptions, invoices and orders.

An alarm specific to this appointment can be added by setting the 'Alarm :' menu to any other value than 'None' (in which case no alarm will be created).

In case of a client appointment for instance, after a client search, general information upon the selected client is displayed, as well as the day and time of the appointment. The timelength can be modified, as well as the RV type to be chosen from the ones that have been assessed to the current agenda ; a comment can also be added.

If agenda style had been defined with 'optional user', s/he can be picked from the list of user belonging to this agenda's related user groups. Also according to agenda style, tick boxes for ticket and CRM action assignments may be available.

The 'Flexible' checkbox serves as to flag this appointment as such, and thus being displayed in the pop-up as shown via on the Main Agenda Page.

After validation, as illustrated at the image below, the Main Agenda Page displays the scheduled appointment with a color background as defined during the creation of the corresponding RV type. Clicking on the appointment then leads to a similar page as the add one, with possibilities to modify RV type and comments ; changes are validated through the Image z_Update button.
