Ticket display details - The Advanced Mode

The Advanced Mode is a display mode that is switched on by clicking the Image z_Advanced mode button at the bottom of the main Customer Support Page (this button is only available if the user's 'Menu View:' is set to 'Search Criteria' or 'Client Search').
 
On this Mode, you now have two more options to display tickets, as drop-down menus : the user who opened the ticket and the number of tickets displayed, 50, 100, 200, 500 or all of them (the previous mode, Normal Mode displays 50 tickets). Once you have chosen your options, refresh displaying via Image z_Search. You can go back to the Normal Mode any time by clicking the same button which brought you here : this button indeed toggles between Advanced and Normal modes.
