Mailing and campagnes PDF documents are generated upon a print template that you can define through

. A print template serves exactly as a prefilled "writing paper" in which you can put your company's general information (for instance its logo), etc. as well as disclaimers.
It is to note that, in the case of the 'Default' print template as used for invoice printouts, no header needs to be defined as it is already catered for by the invoice generating process.
