Allowed services for a project

The Image JQservices button as found on the Modify Project interface serves as to define which services (which are in fact shop articles that are counted in a hourly way) are proposed adding a timesheet for that project.

Here is how articles can be added :

As shown there, when no services are defined, user's own defined services will be proposed. By clicking the Image smallchange button, shop articles used as 'services' can be added. Here, the article 'Polling (phonecalls)' (which price has been defined for an hour) will be proposed when adding a service timesheet, its billing forced to 'Yes' ; there, this service can be automatically selected by making it Image smalldefault

The different billing options are :

  • Free, meaning that service timesheets cannot be declared as billable ;
  • Optional (free), meaning that service timesheets can be declared as billable or non-billable, with the latter chosen by default ;
  • Optional (payable), meaning that service timesheets can be declared as billable or non-billable, with the former chosen by default ;
  • Payable : meaning that service timesheets are no other way than billable.

Image wngThe existence of such allowed services for a project override any service defined for a user. If a project has one or several defined services, only those will be proposed when adding a service timesheet.
