'Statistics for selected parameter:'

It provides a drop-down menu with the option 'Helpdesk users' and all defined ticket type categories.
 
When picking the 'Helpdesk user', it will display a number-of-ticket table sorted horizontally by ticket types (and inside each, by status) and vertically by the issuing users (belonging to the user group as chosen on the top of the page). An example :
