Types of actions
The 'Action type :' menu as found when creating (or modifying) an action contains the following choices :
- letter ;
- Email ;
- SMS ;
- Call ;
- Appointment ;
- Visit (i.e., in opposition to an appointment, the contact has come her/himself to the company) ;
- Migration to client (as an action to do manually).
