Styles for displaying tickets
In the ticket table as shown in Fig.the Customer Support Page, in order to distinguish between tickets of different types, different displaying options (colors for background and font, font styles) can be assessed to each ticket type : this is accomplished from the Ticket Administration Page, Styles section.
Also, two tickets belonging to the same type can be made to appear differently.
