While using Blue Chameleon, a user might want to be remembered certain things in a timely matter ; for instance, anything related to things to be done before a certain date.
Blue Chameleon thus allows to set up custom alarms that will appear on user's desktop as an Event Control ; also, other objects such as Agenda appointments can also have an alarm set up so that they can be reminded before their due date.
