Creating a cash register for a shop
One or several "cash register(s)" can be added for each shop :
Each cash register is assessed :
- a name ;
- the shop it is attached to ;
- a particular "pick up order at shop" delivery method or <None> or <All pick-up delivery methods> ;
- a particular payment method or <None> or <All payment methods> ;
- a particular billing method (i.e. invoice delivery method) or <None> or <All billing methods> ;
- a cash-box account.
A cash register can also be created on the shop's own page, i.e. via 
/ Shop name

Once a cash register is created, it becomes possible to register sales through it.
