User activity

It is possible to check a ticket-wise user's activities at any day via the Image z_Activities button as found at the bottom of the main Customer Support Page. On the then displaying Activities Page, two drop-down menus let you input a specific user and day. Every ticket that has been acted on will be listed (displayed inbetween time gaps of 15 minutes) as a click-link leading to its full description.
 
For instance, the following image illustrates this page for user James on the day of the example case above :
