Ticket purposes and basics
The Blue Chameleon Ticket system has two main primary goals :
- to keep a record of your Customer Support service's activity, that is to say the clients' problem descriptions as well as the different steps taken to solve them ;
- to efficiently plan the resolving of client problems according to their priority and the date of their issuing.
