Recording tasks

Declaring the task(s) of a task list as done is most easily achieved through the Image z_Record button as available in the 'View : Tasks' display (see above).

As illustrated below, a task that was done is ticked, its execution date is chosen and a comment is added. Of course, should the tasks of a task list be not accomplished on the same day, this screen can be accessed anytime.

When all tasks belonging to a task list are done, this task list is closed ; the task list name click-link (e.g. Water fountains) then leads to a similar 'record' screen except any action is now disabled.

This way of recording achieved tasks is the simplest. It also sets the 'To be done by' user as the default user for this task ; should a modification be done in execution date or user, a more detailed screen is available as explained next.
