Opening a task list

On the page as accessed via Image c_Add-ons / Image s_Task_List, a Image z_Open_list button is featured ; clicking on it leads to a page where task list models as previously defined are featured.

The image below shows this page ; it can be seen that each task list model has a checkbox, which is only enabled if task list model is set to active ; to do so, go to the Task List Model Modify Page and set status to 'Active'.

Figure 7.31: Opening task list 'Water fountains'.

The 'Date end' as featured on the first screen corresponds to the periodicity (here, weekly). Upon click on Image z_Ok2, the main page of the add-on is shown again, now featuring :

  • for the opened task list, the tasks to be done (corresponding to the task types that had been defined), with start and end dates corresponding to the periodicity ;
  • execution and posting dates, not existing yet if task has not been done ;
  • the user who is supposed to accomplish this task (as defined by the default user in Fig. Adding a task type ;
  • an Image z_Update button for each task.

Tasks are displayed in red if their end date is inferior or equal to the current date.

Image Lightbulb2If a task list has not been opened before the first day it is supposed to start (depending on the periodicity), it is opened automatically.
