Viewing/managing a mail document
Here is the pop-up displayed by 'ing a document :
There :
- the client (or object) associated with the document can be updated ;
- the mail document can be downloaded via the click-link ;
- a click-link leads to the view of the attached ticket, if mail document entailed the creation of one ;
- the access level of the mail document can be lowered or raised ;
- the mail document can be deemed treated and/or archived ;
- a button allows to attach it to another document) ; this button can only be clicked if current document is not already attached ;
- if the document is attached to another document (and/or the other way around), it is featured.
