Ticket duration
Ticket durations, according to the choice made for the relevant ticket type
can be optional and be chosen in a menu as predefined
in the Helpdesk administration.
Ticket durations are chosen in a menu and are in the Helpdesk administration. Their goal is to add to a ticket, anytime an action is performed, a time attribute, corresponding to the estimated time the action will take.
As actions on a single ticket follow each other, duration builds up and is featured at the Ticket Table.
