How can I modify a prospect's general information ?
After a contact 
through which your contact appears, you will find your prospect along with four buttons :
The 
button then enables to display a pop-up window with the editable general information that had been inputed while at this prospect's creation.
It is to note that this button only appears for prospects : standard clients' general information is edited on the other hand in the Clients interface.
