Creating a project
Creating a project is done by clicking the button, where choice is then given between 'Client project' and 'Internal project' (attached to no client). Here is how a client project is created :
There, user can define :
- a label, short label and comments ;
- a starting status ('In progress' or 'Pending') ;
- a priority ('Low', 'Normal', 'High' or 'Critical') ;
- a due date ;
- the enabling of a maximum number of logged hours and amount, when project's related timesheets will be created and invoiced ;
- rights for each user group, 'None' for no access at all to this project ; 'View' only or 'Modify'.
Upon creation, one is redirected to the Manage Project Page, that can also be access on the Main Projects Page by clicking project's name :
