The Alarm Event Control
Provided that the Alarms event control has been enabled, alarms will appear on the alarm's due date (in this example, on July 27), at the 
page, in the following way :
- before the alarm's due time (in the example 8:00 AM), it will appear normally (as a click-link to the page where this alarm can be modified/turned off) ;
- after the alarm's due time, it will blink, so as to emphasize it.
The Modify on this box leads to the table of alarms.
